EL-Amal Rehbiltation Society has accomplished a sign language course collaboration with the Arab College of Applied Sciences within the project "Strengthening the self-reliance of the deaf in defending their rights in Rafah" grant from the program to strengthen civil society participation CPP funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development USAID and implementation of International Catholic Relief Services (CRS) CRS and Hope Association for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled
