EL-Amal Rehbiltation Society implemented a sign language course start-ups third collaboration in Al-Quds Open University Rafah branch within the project "Strengthening the self-reliance of deaf people to defend their rights in Rafah" grant from the program enhance the participation of civil society CPP funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development, USAID and the implementation of international Catholic relief Services (CRS) CRS and Alamal Association for the rehabilitation of the disabled.
