EL- Amal Rehabilitation society- Rafah honored the highest achieved students.

EL- Amal Rehabilitation society at its headquarters in Rafah hosted a ceremony honoring the highest achieved students at Darwish Abu sharekh School for the Deaf for the first semester of 2017-2018
 
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Ashraf Abidin, Director of the Directorate of Education in Rafah, Mr. Ziad Al Abed, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Adnan Abu Dahi, Board Member, Mr. Yazdan Al Amawi, Director of the Society's Programs, Ms. Soha Abu Salloum, Program Director and Darwish Abu Sharekh School for the Deaf  and many of persons and the  parents of Students.
 
For his part, Mr. Yazdan Al-Amawi, General Director of the programs of the Association, welcomed the audience and read Al-Fatihah (the opening of the Quran Surah) on the spirit of the founder and it’s last General Director Darwish Abu Sharekh, praising the pioneering role he played during his life to promote the Society and its programs. In addition to the financial crisis experienced these days due to the lack of project funding and the siege imposed on the Gaza Strip
 
He also praised the efforts of the Ministry of Education, pointing out the joint cooperation since the establishment of the school, and saluted the school administration and the staff for their continuous efforts and outstanding students and their families wishing them progress and success.
 
For her part, Soha Abu Salloum, the director of Darwish Abu-Sharekh School for the Deaf, started her speech by welcoming the students, stressing that they have dreamed for so long to have their own entity and their special education and their silence between the walls and corridors of their school and today in this entity they found all that they wish for love, The Association was able to deafen to safety by rehabilitating and training them despite the difficult financial conditions experienced by the school
 
In the course of the ceremony, Ashraf Abdeen, director of the Education Directorate, praised the activities of the association and its services to the group that deserve all the support and attention in the Palestinian society. He also said that changing the school name from Al- Amal school to Darwish Abu Sharekh School is a touch of loyalty and a positive gesture. Towards the man who founded the association and spent his life in service
He congratulated Abdeen Al Amawi for his new position and wished that God would help him to carry this Secretariat to serve the Deaf
 
The ceremony included many artistic and entertaining paragraphs of the performance of the students of the school, which delighted the hearts of those present joy and pleasure
 
At the end of the ceremony, the honorees were honored and distributed certificates of appreciation and symbolic gifts in order to support them and develop their abilities.
